Greta E. Larson

Greta Larson has nearly 15 years experience working with professionals in the field of private equity, and with those who aspire to join and navigate the industry. Greta helped create the private equity training program for second year MBAs at Columbia Business School, where she works as Administrative Director of the Private Equity Program. She is also a coach for the senior executives at the Columbia Business School and Emeritus VCPE program, working with senior executives and giving presentations on navigating the private equity industry and providing unique industry-specific career advice. Greta is passionate about diversity and inclusion and helping build bridges into the finance industry. She launched the KKR Diversity, Inclusion and Innovation Competition at Columbia Business School in 2018 (a partnership with private equity firm, KKR), she is a speaker at Youth About Business's annual summer camp, and volunteers at SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) events and for the NYC Bar Association's Thurgood Marshall Internship program for NYC High school students. Greta began her career at UC Law San Francisco. She holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University and a Masters of Public Administration degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
