The following treaties and proceedings were found in a compilation, Treaties and Agreements and the proceedings of the Treaties and Agreements of the Tribes and Bands of the Sioux Nation (Institute for the Development of Indian Law):

Treaty of Fort Laramie with Sioux, etc., 1851.

Proceedings of Council with the Brule at Fort Laramie, April 28th, & 29th, 1868 at which a Treaty of Peace was signed. Treaty with the Sioux-- Brule, Oglala, Miniconjou, Yanktonai, Hunkpapa, Blackfeet, Cuthead, Two Kettle, Sans Arcs, and Santee-- and Arapaho, 1868.
